About Mack Of Sales

What is your turnaround time for printing?
If you place an order with ready to print files, your order will be: ⇒ Processed within 2–3 business days ⇒ Shipped within 2–3 business days after processing This timeline applies to most standard print products when files are submitted correctly and approved.
What if I need design services?
If design setup is required, please allow additional time based on the type of product ordered: ⇒ Business cards & flyers: typically 1–2 business days ⇒ Brochures, menus, or detailed layouts: typically 3–5 business days Design timelines may vary depending on complexity, revisions, and responsiveness during the approval process.
Do you offer local services?
Yes. We ship nationwide across the United States and work with clients worldwide. We proudly serve businesses in all U.S. states and collaborate with clients internationally for branding, design, and digital services. While physical products are shipped within the U.S., our creative services are available globally. We provide support in both English and Spanish.
Can I make changes after submitting my artwork?
Once artwork is submitted as ready-to-print, no edits can be made. If you would like us to review your artwork before printing, please email your files to: info@mackofsales.com We are happy to review artwork prior to production to help avoid print issues.
Do you review EDDM postcards before printing?
Yes. We can review EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) postcards to ensure they are USPS compliant before sending them to print. Our goal is to help prevent delays, reprints, or mailing issues.
Will I receive my final print files?
Yes. Once any artwork is approved, we provide you with the final, print-ready file for your records. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your artwork and have access to your final approved design.
Why is artwork approval important?
Once artwork is approved, it moves directly into production. Any errors approved in the final proof (such as spelling, layout, or sizing) become the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully before approval.
